CTP of HCC with portal venous obstruction. HCCs signature growth characteristic is its propensity to invade vessels, both portal veins and hepatic veins. In this case, the segmental portal venous obstruction is seen as a wedge shaped perfusion defect, radiating out from the site of the venous invasion.
