Other sarcomas of the liver (here a malignant fibrous histiocytoma-MFH) are unusual but have similar imaging characteristics: large, hypervascular lesions such as the one seen on this CT angiogram. Unlike HCC, however, they are not associated with cirrhosis and are seen in younger patients.
