"My
poster describes the HLCT findings in bronchiolitis obliterans with
organizing pneumonia (BOOP) and chronic eosinophilic pneumonia (CEP).
And, to make clear the different points on HLCT. Both diseases have
been considered to share many features, at clinical, laboratory,
and even pathological findings. And some authorities say that both
diseases cannot be discriminated on HLCT. My present paper is to
describe the difference

"Our
research is aimed at improving the ability to evaluate micro-calcifications
which are found on mammography. If a cluster of calcifications is
found on mammography, and the physician does not have a good feel
as to whether it is malignant or benign-potentially a computerized
system can be used to diagnose the possibility or the probability
of the cluster being malignant

"You
know the problem of stroke, the related morbidity and mortality,
and the need for treatment in the early hours after the onset of
symptoms. Selective intra-arterial thrombolysis is a good tool and
this was confirmed by our experience. We treated 49 patients, 42
patients with anterior circulation stroke and seven patients with
posterior circulation stroke

"What we've
found isif we look at the Z buffer of the maximum intensity
projection imageyou see an image where the vessels look very
smooth, and the background itself looks very rough. And this is
a property that was new to us when we noticed it the first time.
And we found that, if we wrote an algorithm that simply looked for
smoothness, we had an algorithm that was a very strong segmentation
of the vessels from the background

"In
addition to having a fundamental understanding of the ACR-Lexicon
of the different types of breast asymmetries and distortions, it's
equally important to understand the proper work-up of these findings.
Supplementary breast imaging with additional mammographic views,
such as the off-angle view and spot compression, in addition to
sonographic evaluation of these lesions, can often be very helpful
in diagnosing these findings

"And
so we use this kind of imaginghigh-resolution imaging of the
cranial nervesnot only see the loops and the cranial nerves,
but to provide the neurosurgeon with a 3-dimensional display, giving
him an idea of what he will find in surgery
